In the heart of the ‘Outre Forêt’ region lies the charming farming village of Hunspach, nestled at the foot of the northern Vosges mountains, along the North Alsace Wine Route and directly on the Maginot Line. Hunspach was honoured as one of the most beautiful villages in France and received special recognition in 2020. The village is known for its 18th century half-timbered houses, which are adorned with magnificent geraniums in summer.
